Wie kann man Menschen davon überzeugen, ein nachhaltiges Produkt oder Dienstleistung zu erwerben? Wie werden sie motiviert sich nachhaltig zu verhalten?

Sustainability is on everyone's minds and many companies are keen to communicate their social and ecological responsibility. But what does the customer perceive? How can they be persuaded to acquire a sustainable product or service?

Customers often lack the required information to verify sustainability aspects and often assume that particularly large and established companies have commercial intentions. Communication is therefore faced with three major challenges:

  1. Communication must be understandable (What exactly is sustainable about the product or service?)

  2. The communication must show the added value (What personal benefit does the sustainability aspect bring?)

  3. The communication must be honest (Is what is promised really delivered in terms of sustainability?)
